Are you looking for an opportunity to make direct contact with softball coaches to show them your products or talk to them about your business? I would like to invite you to take part in the upcoming 2024-25 21th Annual Gulf Coast Softball Coaches Clinic where you will have the opportunity to do make those contacts. Our clinics offer softball coaches at every level (High School, ASA, Rec Leagues, etc.), the opportunity to learn from the best softball coaches, instructors and players in the world. These coaches have an opportunity to attend the state convention in January, however many coaches who attend our clinic do not attend the state convention and they will want to be able to see and purchase the newest equipment, apparel and accessories on the market today.
The 21th annual clinic will be held on Thursday, December 12, 2024 (4:00-9:00) and Friday, December 13, 2024 (8:30-1:00) at the Marriott Westchase, 2900 Briarpark Dr., Houston, TX 77042. This will be our 9th year in a full-service hotel and we’ve experienced remarkable success after 10 years at the Sam Houston Race Park and Gulf Greyhound Park. We have averaged between 400-550 attendees the past 14 years.
All our exhibitor information is posted on our website, www.gulfcoastclinic.com and the forms can be downloaded from the Clinic website. You may then fill out the appropriate form(s) and mail them to us with your payment or you may register and submit payment by credit/debit card or PayPal directly from the website.
Exhibitor tables may be set up from 3:00 to 9 p.m. on Thursday and 8:00 a.m. through 1:00 p.m. on Friday.
We will have 2 options for spaces this year:
1: Regular Option (Spots 3-9) -- $250 (Same size as in past years - 1 table, 1/4 page ad in clinic program, logo on clinic website & Texas Prep Softball for 1 year)
2: Large area (Spots 1-2) -- $400 (we have split up the large area on the left when you come in the door. Spot #1 is wider and will have 2 tables. Spot #2 is deeper than spot #1, but can handle more items), plus 1/2 page ad in clinic program, logo on clinic website & Texas Prep Softball for 1 year).
3: Double Space -- $400 (2 of the regular spaces together), plus 1/2 page ad in clinic program, logo on clinic website & Texas Prep Softball for 1 year.)
You may display and sell any softball-related items you wish to sell. The area for exhibitors right now is the Westchase Ballroom where registration and the serving of the Happy Hour will take place. The actual sessions are across the hallway in the Grand Ballroom. If you would like a room at the Marriott, we have a clinic rate of $125 with free internet.
