REFUND POLICY: Refund Requests (less $25) must be submitted in writing and postmarked or emailed by January 6, 2019. After that date, no refunds will be issued as long as the clinic is held. Substitutions may be made for coaches who pre-register, but can’t attend.

PAYMENT REQUIRED FOR ENTRANCE: All registrations must be paid before you enter the sessions. If payment has not been received in the mail by the time of your arrival, you can either pay at the door and we will hold your check for 1 week and send back to you on reciept of school check, or will refund you the amount of the school check. You may also provide a Purchase Order for the clinic from your school district and that will suffice.
