We are excited as the 11th Annual Gulf Coast Softball Coaches Clinic starts tomorrow afternoon and I personally am looking forward to seeing everyone.
First, if you have purchased a parking pass, you will collect a ticket at the garage gate to get into the garage (keep it). We will have your parking passes (one for each day) in your packet to get out of the garage. You will give that pass (and maybe the original ticket) to get out of the garage on Thursday evening and Friday afternoon. If you did not purchase a parking pass, you can get passes from us for $4.00 ($2 per day) and we will give you a separate receipt.
If you staying at the Hilton, you get the ticket that you use to access the garage and take it to the hotel registration desk when you check into your room. The front desk will validate your ticket and you will use it to enter and exit the garage (unlimited in and out for hotel guests). I'm having a difficult time tracking the parking passes for the hotel guests, so please check with us at the registration table to make sure you have paid us and we are handling all payment of parking.
TIPS TO GET TO THE HILTON POST OAK:
I have inserted a couple of photos that may help you out in navigating the area.
First, the simplest way is to access the Hilton from the front on Post Oak Blvd (east side of road between Westheimer and San Felipe). Then you would go to the back of the drive and the garage is on the right.
Here are a couple of other ways to get to the garage and avoid the front of the hotel.
1. You can access the alleys from two locations on the I-610 southbound feeder road
A. Use the first drive on the right after crossing San Felipe, turn left at dead end, turn right at first alley, and left into the garage.
B. Use the drive after the next 2 buildings (immediately past construction fence) and turn right, then turn right on 1st street (Sign to hilton is there), turn left at the next alley and left into the garage.
2. You can also turn right into the drive immediately before the Hilton Hotel and left at the next drive to bring you around the hotel to the garage entrance.
FIRST DRIVE ON THE RIGHT on I-610 Southbound Feeder Road past San Felipe.
Second alleyway from I-610 Southbound Feeder road (There is construction fence on the right that hides this entrance.)
